Philippine Government Mandated Arrival and Departure Cards:

All travelers entering or leaving the Philippines must register at etravel.gov.ph. Customs declarations are now part of this registration process.

  • Whoโ€™s Exempt?
  • Foreign diplomats and their dependents
  • Foreign dignitaries and delegation members
  • 9(E) visa holders
  • Holders of diplomatic or official/service passports
  • How to Register:
  1. Go to etravel.gov.ph or download the eTravel app
  2. Fill out and submit the form within 72 hours before your flight
  3. Get your QR code upon successful registration
  4. Save or screenshot the QR code
  5. Show the QR code to airport authorities during check-in or arrival
