Duties and Responsibilities

ACCOUNT ACQUISITION

  • Generate  new sales  and keep track of prospective clients
  • Conduct sales calls and make regular client visits for the  existing and prospective accounts
  • Identify all possible customer needs, requirements and expectations
  • Deliver effective client presentations according to the assessed needs
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Identify industries where  business opportunities are marketable
  • Identify and attend related events where potential M.I.C.E. / Corporate / Marine business can be generated

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Resolve customer concerns in a  timely and effective manner
  • Make regular visits  to clients and suppliers  to establish good business relationships
  • Look after the quality standard to ensure clients are satisfied with services
  • Review sales performance of each account.
  • Help out to analyze potential market and determine the value of existing and prospective customer
